Shipping FAQ's
For standard orders placed on wisconsinwicks.com, you can expect to receive your product in 5-7 business days. Standard USPS shipping time is 3-5 business days. If you are a wholesale customer, please see wholesale FAQ section below for FAQ’s about wholesale lead time.
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible

All of our products are paraben-free
All of our fragrances are phthalate-free
No. Soy wax is a great alternative to commercially made paraffin candles. We’re happy to report that soy wax does not burn with any toxins
Absolutely! When purchasing a bundle, the product size must be consistent, but you can mix and match any combination of fragrances you wish.
Standard bundles require the purchase of a specific quantity based on the item you are bundling (see below). These quantities cannot be changed.

Gold Top Candles: 12EA
Classic Candles: 24EA
Wax Melts: 30EA

The bundle quantity cannot be adjusted when ordering through wisconsinwicks.com. If you wish to customize your quantities, please reach out through our contact form or email us at [email protected]
The minimum order qty to obtain a wholesale discount is 6 items. These 6 items can be any items you wish.
Standard lead time is 1-4 days but is dependent on the order size. If you have a sufficiently large order, there may be an extended lead time. Please inquire at the time of ordering.
