WISCONSIN WICKS REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The following policy outlines the refund, return, and exchange protocol of Wisconsin Wicks, LLC. Wisconsin Wicks, LLC retains the right to modify, amend, or revise this policy at its discretion, without notice.
Customers may initiate a refund, return, or exchange request for any Wisconsin Wicks product within 30 days of purchase, if not fully satisfied with the received product. Items are eligible for exchange with an alternative Wisconsin Wicks product of equal or lesser value or can be returned for a refund to the original payment method. In certain instances, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund. Exceptions to this policy include, but are not limited to:
- Discounted or sale products are exempt from refund or exchange eligibility.
- Claims made in bad faith or containing false information will not be entertained.
Determinations regarding refund or exchange eligibility lie exclusively within the purview of Wisconsin Wicks, LLC or its authorized representatives.
Unless expressly communicated otherwise in written form by Wisconsin Wicks, LLC or its designated representatives, the criteria for eligibility concerning refunds or exchanges dictate that all products must be returned in an unused state and in optimal condition. Failure to meet these specified conditions, as assessed by Wisconsin Wicks, LLC or its representatives, will result in the non-acceptance of your return.
To initiate a product return, adhere to the following steps:
- Send us an email or submit a message through our contact form, incorporating your order number, specifying the item(s) earmarked for return, and describing the reason for the return.
- Assure that the item(s) earmarked for return remain unused.
- Package the item(s) in their original packaging, if applicable, and place them in a shipping container.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided below, with the understanding that you are responsible for all associated shipping costs:
